TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The condition of entry that guests accept, observe and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Operating hours and admission fees are subject to change at our discretion.
- Operation of the slides, pools and rides is subject to change, delay, suspension or closure due to bad weather, preventive maintenance, refurbishment or other operational requirements.
- Sailor’s Cabanas, Lockers and Towels rental and tubes loans are available on a first come first served basis and we do not guarantee their availability.
- We shall bear no liability for any loss or damage to property incurred by any guest resulting from or in connection with the use of any of Ciputra Waterpark’s facilities.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove from Ciputra Waterpark guests who are in breach of our rules & regulations.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of entry without prior notice.
